Professional, dedicated, and knowledgeable personal trainer. Allow me to introduce myself. I am Paul Westin, a Caymanian national athlete, certified strength coach, and personal trainer. HOP Fitness welcomes clients who are interested in strength training and athletes who are training. Alicia Westin owns the fitness programme. We are mobile, meaning flexibility and fitness plans tailored to your lifestyle. We will accommodate you in your preferred space. Our trainers are dedicated to safety, wellness, and fitness.
